The RSCMENA Sub office is located in the IOM Egypt building in Zamalek. RSCMENA provides on-going resettlement services for all case priorities in the USRAP in Egypt.
The RSC MENA Sub office is located on the Ground Floor, E5, Defense Colony, New Delhi 110024. RSC MENA provides on-going resettlement services for P1, P2, P3 and P4 case priorities in the USRAP in India.
RSCMENA operates out of the U.S. Embassy compound in Baghdad and at the UNAMI compound in Erbil. RSCMENA provides on-going resettlement services for all case priorities in the USRAP. If interviews have been conducted in Baghdad, medical examinations and travel can be facilitated in Erbil at the request of the applicant.
RSC MENA operates in IOM Jordan offices in Tila’ Al Ali and Shmeisani while applicant-facing activities are only held in the office in Shmeisani. RSC MENA provides on-going resettlement services for P1,P2, P3 and P4 case priorities in the USRAP in Jordan.
RSCMENA facilitates USRAP resettlement processing for all case priorities in Kuwait by sending staff on missions as required. Missions are conducted through close coordination with the UNHCR and IOM permanent missions in Kuwait.
RSCMENA is not currently operational in Libya. Limited USRAP processing is provided on an emergency basis in close coordination with UNHCR and IOM Libya.

The Resettlement Support Center for the Middle East and North Africa (RSC MENA) has a permanent processing site in Islamabad, Pakistan operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and is located inside the diplomatic enclave, providing processing services for all USRAP case priorities located in Pakistan.
RSCMENA facilitates USRAP resettlement processing for all case priorities in Sudan by sending staff on missions as required. Missions are conducted through close coordination with the UNHCR and IOM representations in Sudan.
Following the U.S. President’s Executive Order on Realigning the United States Refugee Admissions Program, the activities of the Program have been suspended.
