Schedule Case Consultation with the RSCMENA Communications Office

The process of resettlement can be confusing and often times frustrating. The RSCMENA Communications Offce, conducts scheduled case consultations with refugees at the International Organization for Migration offices in Amman, Jordan and Cairo, Egypt (see our Contact page for information).

For your convenience, you can book an appointment with the RSCMENA Communications Office using this website. You must have an account and be logged-in to schedule an appointment. Learn how to Register or register for an account now.

This is a safe space. IOM is here to help you. We believe in equal rights for all. If you are persecuted for your beliefs, religion, gender or sexual orientation, you can tell us. Feel free to talk to your IOM caseworker or ask for a supervisor (female or male) at any time. Anything you tell an IOM staff member is strictly confidential.

RSCMENA is operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Amman, Jordan as part of a cooperative agreement with the United States Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM). RSC MENA Amman New Hotline Hours
Starting from 28 April 2024, RSC MENA Amman hotline hours will be changed as below.

Sunday – Wednesday 9:30 - 13:00 and 13:30 - 15:30
Thursday 09:30 - 13:30

Office Move
As of November 26^th2023, the Resettlement Support Center for the Middle East and North Africa (RSC MENA) will be processing activities from the new office located in Shmeisani at 62 Al-Sharif Abdul Hamid Sharaf Street. All interviews, in-person case consultation sessions, and cultural orientation classes will be provided in the new office.
Warning on Unauthorized Entity
RSC MENA has received allegations that unauthorized entities are offering to provide case status in exchange for money.

Please note that all resettlement services are free of charge. Please do not share any details about yourself or your case with unauthorized entities. Report suspected fraudulent activity to: RSCMENAFraud@iom.int

RSC MENA Hotline New Number
RSC MENA’s hotline number changed in order to allow us to receive more calls. You can now reach RSC MENA at + 962 79 320 6130.
The hotline working hours remain the same; Sunday – Wednesday from 8:30-13:00 and from 13:30-15:30 and on Thursdays from 08:30-14:00.
