This website is designed to provide information to applicants regarding the current status of their cases with RSCMENA with an overarching goal of improving information delivery and the quality of exchange between the RSCMENA Communications Office and the refugee. More specifically, the website aims to:

Allow refugees to check their Case Statuses online.

Allow refugees to schedule Case Consultations with RSCMENA.

Allow refugees to submit updated information and documentation to be added to their cases.

Provide updated and detailed information regarding the resettlement process; what to expect, frequently asked questions, announcements, etc.

To Login, please follow these steps:

If you have a case number and need to check your case status, click on “Check your Case Status” in the menu bar at the top of this page, then click on “Login”, enter your case number and password.

If at any time you forget your password, click on “I forgot my password” in the Login page and fill in your email address used to register and your case number, a link will be sent to you containing the instructions on how to reset your password.

RSCMENA is operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Amman, Jordan as part of a cooperative agreement with the United States Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM). All resettlement services are free of charge. Report suspected fraudulent activity to RSCMENAFraud@iom.int

Sudan Transition Announcement
The Resettlement Support Center for the Middle East and North Africa (RSC MENA), managed by the IOM office in Amman, is now responsible for processing refugee applications for the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) from Sudan. For inquiries regarding your USRAP case, please contact RSC MENA at ic@iom.int or call [+962 79 320 6130].
Office Move
As of November 26^th2023, the Resettlement Support Center for the Middle East and North Africa (RSC MENA) will be processing activities from the new office located in Shmeisani at 62 Al-Sharif Abdul Hamid Sharaf Street. All interviews, in-person case consultation sessions, and cultural orientation classes will be provided in the new office.

RSC MENA’s hotline number changed in order to allow us to receive more calls. You can now reach RSC MENA at + 962 79 320 6130.
The hotline working hours remain the same; Sunday – Wednesday from 9:30-13:00 and from 13:30-15:30 and on Thursdays from 09:30-13:30.
