Please note that activities under the United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) remain suspended. At this time, RSC MENA is unable to respond to general or refugee case-specific inquiries. RSC is processing certain cases as instructed by the U.S. government and in accordance with the Department of State’s obligations under relevant court orders in Pacito v. Trump, 2:25-cv-255, (W.D. Wash.) and Pacito v. Trump, 25-1313 (9th Cir.). We will contact you if your case is covered by the U.S. government’s processing instructions

For assistance related to Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) medical examinations, or if you already hold a valid issued SIV visa and require travel assistance, please contact: SIV_OPE@iom.int

Please note that no individual or organization can influence, expedite, prioritize, or guarantee case processing or resettlement outcomes. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution regarding fraudulent actors claiming otherwise.

All resettlement-related services are provided free of charge. RSC MENA does not cooperate with unauthorized third parties, and any individual or entity requesting payment for application or processing assistance may be fraudulent.
