RSC MENA is processing certain cases as instructed by the U.S. government and in accordance with the Department of State’s obligations under relevant court orders in Pacito v. Trump, 2:25-cv-255, (W.D. Wash.) and Pacito v. Trump, 25-1313 (9th Cir.).

We will contact you if your case is covered by the U.S. government’s processing instructions.

We are unable to respond to other general or case specific inquiries at this time. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

If you have any specific request, please direct your request to the agency that referred your file to the RSC.

IOM has been advised that no individual or entity has the ability to move, fast track or influence the processing of a case. Please exercise caution if someone approaches you promising resettlement.

All resettlement services are free of charge. Anyone offering assistance in exchange for money or favors should be reported to: RSCMENAFraud@iom.int
